Yuann — Designer and strategist

I am a designer and strategist. I help organisations adopt new ways of working, now with a focus on AI.

My through-line is adoption: getting new tools and systems to actually take hold inside an organisation, not just launch. I built and ran a global sustainability data platform and the community of practice around it, which drew roughly 10% of the company's workforce to take part voluntarily. I founded Keftek, an AI consultancy. Alongside that work I write essays on systems, technology, and decisions, and ship small experiments to test where AI genuinely helps.
